About Andrew Henderson
Background, Experience
Over 30 years of building and construction experience has seen Andrew working with local and international clients on an extensive portfolio of projects across Australia. He has held top-tier leadership positions in commercial and property development, including as Victorian state manager of Shape previously ISIS Group Australia and founding director of the successful commercial building company Tandem Building Group.
A Post Graduate qualified Project Manager, registered carpenter and builder, Andrew understands the intricate details of fit-out, building refurbishment and development, across the property sector. This broad cross-section of skills and experience enables Andrew to take a multidisciplinary approach to every project.

Andrew prides himself on his strong client relationships, collaborative leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to manage construction and development projects from the ground up. His unwavering work ethic parallels the leadership teams of his clients’ and nothing less. Beyond Candor Group, Andrew played and coaches elite level hockey and is involved with coaching at the grass-root level, to which he attributes his passion for community and ability to lead high- performance teams.
